Three easy ways to make an appointment or ask questions:

Prepare for your appointment:

We recommend you bring paper copies of any prior operative reports and CTs/MRIs to your first appointment.

We recommend you bring paper copies of any prior operative reports and CTs/MRIs to your first appointment.

What to bring to your appointment:

  • CT/MRI results, if performed outside the Rush system. Please physically bring both (1) the paper radiology report, and (2) the CD with the actual images. Please give these to the receptionist when you arrive. Although another provider may tell you they have sent these to us, this does not always work. To get the most out of your visit, please try to obtain and carry in copies of these records yourself.

  • Old operative reports, if you’ve had previous surgery. Again, it is best to carry in paper copies of these with you to your appointment. To get the most out of your visit, we recommend against having them sent by someone else.
